Russian Transport Ministry to help the II International Conference "The Future of Russian Ports" at “TRANSTEC-2010” exhibition
Russian Ministry of Transport will assist in the preparation and holding of the 2nd International Conference "The Future of Russian Ports" at of the 10th International "Transtec-2010" exhibition
The decision was approved at the meeting of the Advisory Committee in Moscow, Ministry of transport of RF, 27 April,2010.
Viktor Olersky, the Deputy Minister of Transport of RF was appointed as a Chairman of the Conference Advisory Committee. The Organizing Committee included : Alexander Davydenko, the head of the Russian Transport Ministry’s Federal Sate Agency of Maritime and River Transport, Yuri Molchanov, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Oleg Terekhov, President of the Association of Sea Commercial Ports, Mikhail Romanovsky, President of the Union of Russian ship owners, Nikolai Smirnov, President of the Association of Shipping Companies, Gennady Bessonov, Secretary General of the Coordination Council for TransSiberian transportation, Roderick Keay, Dolphin Exhibitions ltd., UK, General Director as IAPH Associated Member.
The Advisory Committee at its meeting has decided to accept the provisional themes and structure of the II International Conference "The Future of Russian Ports”.

2.5. To ask General Director of “ROSMORPORT” FSUE Rusu I.M. to join the
Advisory Commitee of the exhibition and conference
2.6. To ask the Governors of Murmansk Region and Astrakhan Region to
provide the representatives to the Advisory Commitee of the exhibition
and conference
2.7. To ask “Rosmorrechflot” State Agency to assist in the attraction to
the conference of the representatives of the Ports State Marine
Administrations (Port Captains)
2.8. To ask “ROSMORPORT” FSUE to assist in the attraction to the
exhibition and conference of the “ROSMNORPORT” FSUE representations
in the different ports
2.9. To support the initiative of North-West branch of SOROSS to arrange the special
port users session within “TRANSTEC -2010” exhibition and conference program
with the International participation under the provisional title to be finally confirmed later: "Future of Russian Shipping"
2.10. To ask the Press-services of the Ministry of Transport of RF,
“Rosmorrechflot” State Federal Agency and “ROSMORPORT “ FSUE to provide
information assistance for the preparation and realization of the exhibition and conference
